The common shares of Celtic Minerals Ltd. have been approved for listing on CNSX.  The Company has 83,154,631 common shares outstanding with a public float of approximately 80.3 million shares.

Celtic holds a 100% interest in its �Great Burnt Lake� property comprising 234 contiguous unpatented claims covering 5,840 ha located in south-central Newfoundland.
