Pursuant to a fundamental change review, the common shares of Scarlet Resources Ltd. ("SCT") have re-qualified for listing.  Scarlet has announced the completion of its previously announced business combination with United Mine Services, Inc.

The shares will begin trading on Monday, May 10, 2010 under the new name of United Mining Group, Inc.  United Mine Services, Inc. (UMS) operates three revenue generating segments: 1) Mine Services, 2) Contracting Services and 3) Fabrication and Machine Services.  UMS also holds an option to earn an 80% interest in the Crescent Mine Property comprising 25 patented mineral claims (346 hectares) located in the panhandle of northern Idaho.
